Poetry is a powerful force. Be careful how you use it. August 2, 2009. Posted by Jess Killmenow. Our civilization is built on work. I have done a lot of work. I am still doing a lot of work. I have grown moderately old working like, well, a plough horse. I look forward to the same until I retire, or, more likely, die. Yet this arrangement has depleted our resources and almost destroyed our environment. Perhaps we could discuss how to fix it. MS Fundraiser Web Page. Follow “PLOUGH HORSE”.

Tom Rubenoff: August 2011
http://tomrubenoff.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Ramblings from a security professional day to day. Monday, August 22, 2011. A Season of Poetry. I don't know whether I am just getting more involved or whether poetry is getting more popular, but it seems as though there are more and better poetry events happening with greater frequency than in previous years. I am finding it to be an exciting time. It really feels like a new era for poetry with so many young people so involved. This is a great and fantastic thing. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Tom Rubenoff: Remembering Cris
http://tomrubenoff.blogspot.com/2012/01/remembering-cris.html
Ramblings from a security professional day to day. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. It's not like Cris Advincula. And I ever met, yet I felt a kinship with him that will last beyond his life and perhaps mine, too. That is so very sad. Thank you for sharing it. I visited his site and enjoyed some poems. March 16, 2012 at 6:49 AM. Feeling his loss I also remember his positivism, strength and seemingly boundless creativity. He was a gift to the world. March 16, 2012 at 8:30 PM.
