I asked my friend who lives in Rosser to give me his opinion on living in rosser. I videoed it and it can be seen below. (Sorry bit of a home video so not brilliant quality). As he says Rosser is more expensive than Cwrt Mawr although you are getting the ensuite bathroom. However i would prefer more sociable blocks than an ensuite now to be honest.
