Thursday, October 26, 2006. Our last trip to Germany was successful. We found an apartment and will move this Sunday. First we'll move into a furnished condo that we rent from church people and by April our new apartment should be ready. I was on the phone a lot about school this week and we made the decision to not put the kids into a private school and send them to a public school instead. I hate saying good bye.again! Friday, December 15, 2006. Posted by petra at 11:30 AM. When I was living in Canada I was often wondering about the commercialism and it bothered me a lot. Here in Germany is church more the focus, where Emilio's and Luca's school went to a lutheran church service yesterday, even the katholic kids came along. Emilio loved it, he said the guy on the big piano was awesome! It's an exciting time here in Germany, there is a revival, yes I think we can call it that. Have a great season! What's going on with us.

Monday, April 09, 2007. Thank you all for your emails, phone calls and prayers. I appreciate your support and friendships so much. I m glad to report that we managed to live for four weeks at my sisters without ripping each other in pieces. Ha ha! I actually had a good time, nevertheless, I had stay patient a lot. I remember one morning in church where I felt that I m heading into an total burn out. God was so gracious and didn t let that happen for me. We moved into our new apartment in time!

Monday, January 29, 2007. It hasn't been easy to blog lately, but now I'm up and running again! Hope you're all doing well and had a wonderful Christmas/New Year! I recomend moving to you, you should try! I fell on the ice yesterday and hit my tail bone! Other than that the kids enjoying the snow and begin to meet kids in the neighbourhood. Jenna is missing Canada a lot and had a hard cry the other night. She said we have to move back to Vancouver or Canada. She is missing Claire soo much!

Tuesday, November 28, 2006. A day in the Mountains. A week ago we went into the alps and enjoyed a beautiful afternoon. My sister and her family came along. The cousins had a lot of fun together, afterwards we ate a late lunch in a typical bavarian restaurant.
