This innovative design has gone through several iterations, and I still love it. I take rescued cedar fence boards, clean two faces, and split them. The result is then laminated into gorgeous table tops and bench seats — exposing all the glorious color and grain on the outside, and leaving the rough-textured weathered wood underneath. This weekend I made some good progress, though! A few weeks ago I drew up all the plans I needed to build the action for each piece.
