OIL FOR DEEP FRY. 1Take a cup of All purpose flour. 2mix it with ghee and water and make a dough. 3Cover it and keep it a side for 15-20 min. 4now make small balls out of the dough. 5Make each ball like thin chepathis. 6Now place 3 chepathis one on the other with in between flour and roll them.(As we roll a mat). 7Cut the roll in to 5 to 6 peices. Water - 7 cups. Salt - for taste. Soak rice in water for 1 hour. Boil 7 cups of water in a heavy bottomed vessel. Drain the rice and add it to the vessel when the water boils. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp. Oil - for frying. 1 Take water in a pan and bring it to a boil. Add the fish fillets to the water and let it cook nicely (till the fish turns opaque). 2 Remove the fish from the water and shred it into small pieces. 3In a bowl take onions, ginger,garlic,Green chillies.
