Thursday, February 19, 2009. Week 24 Day 4. Yikes, I have been a bad blogger lately. Shame shame, I know my name. So to catch up. I had work off on Monday so instead of getting up for the 6:30 workout, I went to Pure Fitness later in the day. Had a good solid workout doing 25 minutes on the treadmill, then did a bunch of leg weight machines, a few different arm excercises and finished with abs. I was happy to see Sal came back for a workout. it was so good to see him! 1-7:45a- lite muscle milk (recovery).

Sunday, November 30, 2008. Week 12 Day 7. That darn internal body clock had me up at 6:15 on a Sunday. Dang it! There was no falling back asleep and I figured 9 hours of sleep isn't too shabby so I just started my day. I didn't finish cleaning my house the day before, so I decided I'd knock it out real quick before I went to the gym. So I was doing laundry and vaccumming before 7. what have I become? 2-11:15-piece ezekiel bread w/ pb, small fiber yogurt (recovery). Lite sugar soy latte. Week 12 Day 6.

Friday, February 13, 2009. Week 23 Day 5. Halleluyah. I've nearly made it to another weekend- a three day weekend ta boot! On top of that, my Friday spinning session is behind me. Thank gawd. It was the same tough class, I stayed w/ the pace and intensity of the instructor so it was another good workout. Spinning is definitely the most 'sweat producing' excercise I can do. Friday, October 31, 2008. Week 8 Day 5. 100 gift cert to Japengo's Sushi was not too shabby). I can't take credit for the pumpkin, it was my dads' friends design, but of course I entered it as my own because we were allowed to form 'teams'. Here's the pumpkin in all its' glory.(a three headed dragon). 1-8am- lite muscle milk (recovery). 2-10:30- 1/2 grapefruit, 8 almonds. 3-12:30- napa salad w/ turkey, grapes, almonds, 1 Tbl. cabernet vinagrette. 4-3:30- brown rice cake w/ pb and banana. Week 8- Day 4.
