What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Wednesday, August 09, 2006. On Monday, I ran and did the elliptical at the gym. I seem to be having motivational issues lately. Today I ran around my neighborhood for 32 minutes and then did my core secrets- ab assault video. I'm meeting my trainer in the morning for a weight workout. What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Tuesday, August 22, 2006. Friday, the 18th:. Did the elliptical for 45 minutes and lifted shoulders and back. Met trainer in the AM to lift arms. Ran 5 miles on the Montour Trail. It's an old rails to trails route. Spent an awfully long time at the car dealership, thus ruining my gym plans. What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Friday, June 30, 2006. Wow, this blog is barely a week old and I'm already slacking in my updates. Tuesday afternoon I got in 45 minutes on the elliptical. Thursday I did my ab/chest/back workout:. 12 Reps, 3 sets each. SS1: Chest press (with dumbbells - 15lbs). SS1: Machine row - 75lbs. SS2: Incline chest press - 15lb dumbbells. SS2: Seated cable row (on a stability ball) - 45lbs. SS3: Decline chest press - 15lb dumbbells. SS4: knee pull ins.

What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Wednesday, July 26, 2006. Hmmm, seems I can't stay very motivated to even jot down a few words over here everyday. Anyway, on last Thursday I went for a long walk with the hubby. Friday I ran for half an hour in a local park, Saturday I wasn't feeling too well so I took a rest day. Sunday, I got about halfway through my run and started to feel like complete crap! Got up Tuesday morning to lift (upper body). Went for another walk last night.

SS1:Close grip lat pulldown. SS2:Reverse grip bent over EZ bar row. SS3:Dumbbell pullover on ball. SS3:Seated cable row on ball. SS4:French chair knee ups. Arms on Saturday (with trainer):. SS1:EZ bar preacher curl. SS1:EZ bar seated overhead extension. SS2:Seated alternating hammer curl. Smith Squat (4 sets X 25 reps).

What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Thursday, July 20, 2006. So far this week, I've worked Arms and then Legs this morning with my trainer. On Saturday I have a chest and back workout to do. It's suppossed to cool down toward the weekend, so that will be nice. What I Did Today. My online journal of workouts and events. Tuesday, August 15, 2006. Hit the gym this morning to lift. I did arms. It wasn't too bad, but my trainer has me doing 4 sets now, so I'm a bit tired. I was also on the elliptical for 45 minutes. I'm hoping to get a double workout in later and run for a bit.
