We have been out for a nice walk, I had him in the sling on my back, which was really comfy when done properly. I was carrying him for nearly an hour and I don't have a single ache or pain related to it now - usually my arms hurt if I have just been holding him more than usual! I am going to the doctor on Wednesday to have blood tests b...

Sometimes (like tonight) it takes a long time to get Ryan to sleep and it feels frustrating at the time, especially when he is fighting it and overtired.
