Tuesday, 11 August 2015. Slow Crockpot Pulled Pork. My hubby loves pulled pork. This is a very versatile item to have at home. Either served as a burger or a sandwich, add to pasta or go with rice. All equally delicious. To save time and energy, I used the slow crockpot to do the job. Easy Peasy. 2 tsp minced garlic. 1 medium onion, finely chopped. 2 dried bay leaves. 8 tomatoes with seeds and skin removed, chopped finely. 1 tbsp tomato paste. 1/8 cup dark brown sugar. 1 can of stout beer. 189; tsp pepper.
