Even if the soirée had a guest list of three, Kelly’s enthusiasm for plastic maracas paired with home-made tacos could transport even the grumpiest skeptic to Mexico during Cinco de Mayo. With PFTC, we hope to...

The Kelly Golat Memorial Run. Because Neil Diamond wanted to be a laboratory biologist. To find a cure for cancer. Because Neil went to NYU on fencing. Because Neil rocks more sequins. Than a Miss Teen USA pageant. Because Neil sings The Chanukah Song. With Santa on the drums. If you need more reasons, grab a hairbrush mic, drape yourself in rhinestones and listen to the music. About Kelly | Party for the Cure
http://partyforthecure.org/about-kelly
The Kelly Golat Memorial Run. Kelly Golat was an incredible person. To meet Kelly was to understand her curiosity about the world and the people she encountered along the way. Her questions had purpose, her interest in the answers was genuine. She found good things in people because she took the time to find them. This is how Kelly lived, always seeking opportunities for discovery. Kelly had an unfailing ability to make sweet lemonade out of rotten lemons. Between radiation treatments, we would play.

Talking to Neil | Party for the Cure
http://partyforthecure.org/talking-to-neil
The Kelly Golat Memorial Run. October 17, 2010. Found out that CNN’s Connect the World blog is interviewing Neil Diamond and the forum is open for questions for Neil. My comment is in moderation, but asked about how he once wanted to find a cure for cancer and how he’s still involved in research or fundraising. Then mentioned the Run4Kelly.com. At best, Neil answers the question and it creates a domino effect where we cure cancer. All of it! Photo by C G-K. Click here to cancel reply.
