Bistro 27 Post Race Dinner. On Friday morning, June 3, family, friends, and supporters all witnessed Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe sign a bill creating a special license plate in memory of Hanover County mother and runner Meg Menzies. A drunk driver killed Menzies two years ago while she was on a training run for the Boston Marathon. Her husband Scott was running with her. If you are interested in ordering a plate, you can click on the link below. Out of state residents can order a souvenir plate.

Kolejny wypad do Chełmży miał tym razem swój cel - działkę znajomych, na których gospodarze organizowali warsztaty zielarskie dla dużych i małych. Niestety, akurat tego dnia mieliśmy wyjątkowe kłopoty z zebraniem się (wrr.), przez co nasz wyjazd strasznie się opóźnił.Na warsztaty ostatecznie nie zdążyliśmy, ale jak się okazało, warto było się ruszyć. Pogoda wiosenna, zmienna, jak to kwietniu, ale po drodze mnóstwo rowerzystów spotkaliśmy w Lasie Piwnickim. Szczególnie, jak ma się o takie widoczki :).
