Help me raise money for Cancer Research on my 50 mile endurance run in honor of Champa Seshadri. The Run for Amma. An annual run held to raise money for cancer research. This year’s run will be a breathtaking (and challenging) trail run from the Pacific Ocean up and over the Santa Cruz mountains and into Silicon Valley to end at our home in Sunnyvale.

This is the first recipe post on my running blog, this soup has been quite a success in various races I have volunteered. ( Ruth Anderson 50k/50M,100k. And Run Des Vous 100M. Around the same time last year I did a a half marathon. As a training run and a decider for marathon goal pace at CIM 2011 and it was a clear indicator I was'nt in shape for a 3:10 so pursued 3:15 instead and voila I was pleased with the results. Over the past 3 weeks I had 2 very good indicator's for 3:10 goal pace being a possiblity this year.
