Crazy Wonderful: Chicken Parmesan
http://crazywonderfullifeofmine.blogspot.com/2011/11/chicken-parmesan.html
Cooking.eating.loving and living my way through it.sometimes barely. Monday, November 7, 2011. I started by taking a broiling rack turned upside down, I wrapped the bottom of it with foil, so any fat or grease that cooked off the chicken went down through the grates onto the foil. I didn't actually get much onto it. That is a good thing. I sprayed it lightly with Pam olive oil cooking spray just so it wouldn't stick to the grates. Here are the chicken breast tenderloins I used. I want to try making this.

I did about 5 carrots they weren't huge though. 1/2 a yellow onion do more if you use a sweet one. 2 packages of turkey kielbasa. You can use what ever kind of kielbasa you like though. 1 BIG can of tomato sauce. I use the can to add water until everything is covered. November 2, 2011 at 10:57 AM.
