My boyfriend and I rang in the New Year with the east coast then I promptly went to sleep well before midnight (I wasn't feeling well). So happy. So cold. Trails are so pretty! Olympus 2.0 rocked! I'm also happy to report that I'm still all aboard the clean eating train. My 30 day Whole30. Challenge has started and so far so good! How has your 2016 been so far?

I slacked off a lot on my running and training this year so I'm no where near my ideal running shape. However, for whatever reason I had it in my head that I'd just pick it back up in no time. Easy breezy. Why is it so hard lately? 1) I'm out of running shape. Point blank. End of story. I didn't run much or very consistently for. 2) I'm working out. A lot.
