Run, Leah, Run. How It All Started. November 1, 2014. I always hated running. As a kid, I was not able to run more than 100 meters, and Phys. Ed. classes were a torture. I was constantly out of breath. Other kids always made sure they would laugh at me. I in general quite disliked fitness and sports. I did two more 5Ks in the year. And also an 8K. Run, Leah, Run. On Training and How Life Gets in the Way. August 3, 2015. August 3, 2015. Wow It has been a while since I was last here. I completed my first half-marathon in May in Ottawa. I was sidelined with a lateral knee pain for almost three weeks, but I was still determined to run it. I was so glad I did. I am in Toronto, and it is cold and snowy out in winter, so I will definitely have to do my training until April or so on the dreadmill🙂.
