42 aiming for 21. Monday, September 15, 2014. Day 1 of 5:2 - the first fast day. So i have made it through the first fast day. It wasn't that bad knowing that I can eat normally tomorrow. My next fast day is Thursday. Today's calorie total was 530 calories. The things that worked:- small snacks that helped at recess.
