Unlike Forrest I know why I run. Monday, October 18, 2010. Training in south Florida is getting a little more bearable now that temperatures have fallen below 80. Thanks to the recovery benefits of Chi I was able to get right back on the road again and did a 30 kilometer training run this past weekend with the Fort Lauderdale Road Runners. I was doing great until years of neglecting my body had finally caught up with me, resulting in a heart attack in 2001.
