Eating well, although I was munching quite a bit on Monday (it’s under control now) and I’ve made it to crossfit twice with plans of making it to class tomorrow right after work (sssh. I may sneak out of work early to go to an earlier class). On Tuesday when I couldn’t make it to crossfit, I did an Insanity Max cardio workout at home. Back at square 1.

June 9, 2015. So I’ve been really hitting the gym hard the past 2 weeks, dying to see some changes, and they’ve finally happened! I’m down 4 pounds from where I’ve started and that’s some exciting shit! I just need to keep working hard and results will happen.
