June 9, 2015. So I’ve been really hitting the gym hard the past 2 weeks, dying to see some changes, and they’ve finally happened! I’m down 4 pounds from where I’ve started and that’s some exciting shit! I just need to keep working hard and results will happen. My First goal weight is 170, and then from there I would like to get to 160. That’s 26 lbs all together, so I need to understand it isn’t going to happen overnight. Workout without the gym!
