Thursday, October 6, 2011. Monday, June 21, 2010. My Half Marathon Plan - Part 1. So, here's my plan:. M-walk .walked 3.4 miles outside. TU-x10 .done at 4.5 mph. W-walk .ran 12 minutes (no breaks) at 3.6 mph. TH-x10 .done at 4.5 mph. F-walk .walked 4 miles outside. SU-x10 .done at 4.5 mph and walked 3.5 miles. Run.lose.quit | Marathon running and becoming healthier
Marathon running and becoming healthier. I feel like I am totally failing. Well, that’s not totally true, I am doing well with the non smoking, still no cigarettes and now 3 weeks down. But, since I have damaged my ITB I have lost the will and because I can’t run I have not done any exercise, whatsoever! I seriously need to get my head in gear. I only have a few mins so will be back on here to blog again soon. As for now, here’s hoping I can still get in ny work clothes tomorrow! January 16, 2013. Yehhhh...
