Just another running blog :). Outbreak Manila: Year One. Posted March 26, 2013. It’s been a year? 21km training in 8 weeks — Week 1 Day 2. Posted December 12, 2012. I just realized that the training schedule is for 10 weeks and not 8, so I had to skip some parts and catch up so that I will reach the peak on race day. Tonight’s training: 8km at about 20sec below 10km race pace. What does “below… race pace” mean? I’m guessing it means slower, so that’s 6:20mins per km (or about 9.2km/hr). 25km easy warm up.
