Larmer Tree 20 and a weekly round up for last week! On March 20, 2015, in Races. Trying to keep warm during the race briefing! Here is my weekly round up for last week – I started it on Sunday and fell asleep before I’d done much at all, I then did a bit more on Monday but once again couldn’t keep my eyes open so it’s got later and later and later! The photos that were appearing on their facebook. Page all week were certainly confirming the ‘mud’ forecast! I was hoping that a lazyish day on Saturday woul...

Katy's Tri blog: October 2013
http://katystriblog.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 21, 2013. Do, or do not, there is no tri. By Michael Krigsman (mkrigsman) on Flickr. Creative Commons by-nc-nd 2.0. No tri on the horizon for me, at least not the near horizon. So, according to the little green guy, it's "do, or do not" - and I chose "do". Starting from near-scratch with a nearly 9-month old baby, you do the maths and work out if I'd "really earned a rest" after my last entry! Perhaps not quite as much of a rest as I gave myself, though. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Body Peace. Self Love. Total Happiness. The end and the beginning. August 28, 2011. I finally made it! 8230;…well, sort of. I got all my stuff ( TWO CARS FULL) packed up for school, went to my new apartment at UDEL. And unpacked with my mom, I got all settled in, THEN. The next day ( Saturday) I found myself driving down to New Jersey to wait out the storm at my Aunts house just in case we lost power at UDEL. The house is full. I’ve only been there one night and one day and a half! But I have a sweet ID.

Journey to be fit and healthy: Drinking
http://fitandhealthy1.blogspot.com/2011/01/drinking.html
Journey to be fit and healthy. My journey to become slimmer, healthier and fitter. Sunday, 23 January 2011. So this weekend involved quite a lot of drinking as I was out both Friday and Saturday night. To be honest, I don't actually like drinking too much, 3-4 is fine for me as means I can get a bit tipsy and still function the next day, however Friday night involved a few more drinks than that and I was definitely worse for wear on Saturday. Friday: 2480 cals (only 54 over for the day due to exercise).

Become a Health Coach. Recipe: Coconut and Maca Snack Balls (for hormonal balance). I’ve written extensively on KHGS about the struggle I’ve had with my hormonal balance. Those changes deserve a post in their own right, so I won’t go on about them now, however that progress is what has made me even more determined to nourish my body in every way I can. Supports the adrenal glands to recover from stress. Can increase stamina and energy for athletes. Improves sexual function and increases sex drive. It als...

Journey to be fit and healthy: Hello
http://fitandhealthy1.blogspot.com/2011/01/hello.html
Journey to be fit and healthy. My journey to become slimmer, healthier and fitter. Sunday, 16 January 2011. So today was actually quite a hard day diet and fitness wise. Last night I went out for an amazing dinner with my family to celebrate my mum's birthday (I saved my exercise calories last week in preparation and used some from today) and had a goats cheese soufle for starters, duck with dauphinoise. But I think the heavy meal did play havoc with me today. Dinner tonight is salmon with some potatoes ...

Ultimate Coffee Date: August 2016
http://beyondthesofa.com/2016/08/ultimate-coffee-date-august-2016
Ultimate Coffee Date: August 2016. I completely missed July’s Ultimate Coffee Date. For some reason, so I have a couple of months to get caught up on. You’ve been warned it’s a longish one! I’d tell you about the week off I had in July. My last week off was back in March, so I was definitely ready for some time off. We didn’t have anything planned as such, so we stayed at home and went out on day trips. First stop, we had a day out to Lynmouth and came back via the Doone Valley. If we were having coffee,.
