I still missed some swimming due to questionable sinus issues. Tomorrow I go back for the first time in two weeks. It is a good thing that swimming is probably my strongest of the three disciplines. Will train for wine and chocolate. Sunday, May 16, 2010. Uvas Tri Race Report. Decided the best way to rest on Saturday would be a pedicure with my mom. My reasoning was three fold: 1) I needed new teal toes to cheer on my Sharks, 2) I knew the tech would massage my feet, and since my feet had been bothering me, I figured this woudl be a good thing and 3) Mom had had a tough week and needed to be pampered! I woke up at 4:30am. I slept like crap. Have I mentioned I work night shift? Transition 1: 3:39 min.

Thursday, March 27, 2008. I'm so excited. So ready to race. I've been training for 3 months now, in preparation for IM. And I want to see how my training is paying off. Sure, I can determine this by my test weeks, but its just not as fun! It's a sprint tri. Down at Ole Miss, but I am determined to blow my time out of the water from last year. September 22, 2011. It's The Thought That Counts? Yesterday I put in a whopping 2.5 miles. At least I ran, but it was a pretty weak attempt. I didnt really want to. I also ate enough for a small army over the past few days. I'm guessing its stress related. So I probably just put back on all those lbs I so easily lost. That ought to teach me.
