Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Workouts can be a confusing thing to implement into your current training program. This is true for any sport you are training to improve. It is recommended to attempt to have your training be as close to your sport at possible. I.E you compete in the 100, performing 100-125 meter sprints would have more carry over than sprinting 400-500 meter. And slowly increase to 3-4. These are very taxing on your muscles and CNS. I strongly recommend the following for a beginner workout.
