Depending on what you need this run is 7, 10, or 15. Just one aid station at silver lake. This route gives us the option to combine our long run with the opportunity to help fight Type 1 Diabetes with a pancake feed at the Bear Den in Byron. If you choose to participate in the pancake feed you will complete the route ending at the Bears Den in Byron. and will get shuttled back to the RAC after eating. Team R.E.D. Crawl if you have to.
