So there’s this boy…. When I first moved to Richmond, I knew that I was about to embark on this whole new adventure. I knew that I would love my job and the people I worked with. I knew that I was going to find a church to go to and try to be involved in my new community. I knew that even though I didn’t feel like I would be, somehow I was going to be okay. What I didn’t expect was that I’d find a church that made me. I didn’t know that this was a life I wanted, much less needed. We’re just friends.
