Brenda NEEDS to RUN. Thursday, February 12, 2009. GREAT weather and weekly recap. Saturday - 12 miles (already posted about this run - tough at the end). Sunday - 6 miles (great run) - weight routine at home. Monday - 3 miles on dreadmill at home and then 35 minutes on spin bike. I really get a good workout on the spin bike. That’s right folks, I’m no Billy Goat and I think they left that out as one of the requirements for the 25k Trail Run Kim and I did last night at Lake Sylvia! Once at the Lake, we lucked out and found a primo parking space right up front, cause there weren’t any left and someone was leaving! 8:00, they make a few announcements and then BAM! First 4 miles, UPHILL! It was a monster! No running up that baby.

I remember my mother telling me one time I wish I had your willpower, you can eat just a few cookies, I eat the whole bag . Well now I’m my mother, geez, it’s depressing, eat, eat and eat again. I’m eating right now! Mind you I don’t eat a LOT of bad stuff, but still it’s all calories regardless of what you are eating. But there was a pair of bottoms (boy shorts) cause I ain’t showing my fat ass!

Brenda NEEDS to RUN. Thursday, February 26, 2009. Weekly Recap and a SWELTERING Hill workout. Saturday - Rivertrail 15K race - GREAT run!
