All through High School I was a three sport athlete, and I could eat whatever I wanted! Sme days I had basketball practice at 5:30 am then volleyball after school, and all my sports overlapped. Running With Sass
Still Running With Sass. March 6, 2013. I have thought about how I would word this post over and over for the past couple of months. Let me preface by saying I hate change. It has always been a flaw of mine, as I am sentimental and very much a lover of routine. I am learning that sometimes change is good, and required for growth. Running with Science | A young scientist that runs…a lot
A young scientist that runs…a lot. September 10, 2012. And I think Saturday morning was the first day temperatures dropped down so much so quickly. I had on along sleeve tech shirt and I was still shivering. Anyways, the race itself was pretty well organized. It was a decently small local race, but this town was definitely a running town. 9 miles of hills. Not some sissy bumps here and there but, consistently big hills! 1) How was your weekend? 2) Do you like flat races? Or do you thrive on hilly races?
