For 30 days I will test out thirty different types of protein shakes/ breakfast smoothies. I love how easy it is to fit is a whole serving of fruit (or sometimes vegetables, if its a green smoothie) into breakfast smoothies! Monday I started off the challenge with Bob Harper's protein shake from his book The Skinny Rules. 1/2 c greek yogurt.
