One mom’s journey to weight loss and fitness after 40. This week’s workout plan is very similar to last weeks – weights and elliptical. I will be doing arms/upper back two days a week and legs/lower back two days a week – an extended cardio session will split the week into two parts. The high intensity intervals (HIIT) are really working well on the elliptical, so I plan on continuing with those as well. Here is the plan in detail. WED: Elliptical (45 minutes).
