It wasn't so much that I was extremely hungover or anything but mainly lack of sleep from going out and not feeling great b/c of it. Then today I had the worst dinner - oatmeal and popcorn, yuck! I decided that this week is like my summer vacation from working out completely! I haven't been to the gym or done any significant work since Monday. I did go to booty school, which kicks my ass every time, but nothing since then. I want to get back in the swing of things slowly, maybe with yoga tomorrow night or a short run. I know that my cardio shape is improving quite a bit- before I started this program, my resting heart rate was 62. Now its 58.that's a pretty good improvement for a month and a half! My legs have definitely felt sore after the speed run, but it really felt good and I'm glad I did it. Even more encouraging was that my heart rate was in the upper 160's even during the 7.5mph section. normally I would have expected 170's, so I'm getting in much better cardio shape these days. I added fruit back into my diet last week, but I really didn't eat much fruit over the past week, so I'm considering not adding anything back this week.I would be adding Dairy back in, but I don't think I really integrated fruit into my diet yet. Run Fatty Run

Saturday, September 22, 2012. Well that was no fun. I thought I was pretty lucky with not having to experience food getting stuck or throwing up or any of that. I jinxed myself! Last night I went for a quick snack of some sliced turkey and string cheese. The extra protein would be good for me anyways. Guess I got too excited about it and ate too fast. And I got this crazy thick pressure pain in the center of my chest. And it kept getting worse. My food was stuck! Yeah I don't ever want to do that again!
