Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Off the Couch and to the Races. After we committed to running a 5K ( How We Started. It was time to train. I started researching 5K training plans. Couch to 5K. Nothing like running in heavy faux leather cross trainers. We carefully pinned and re-pinned our bibs until they were perfectly straight and centered (something we rarely do now figuring crooked is quirky and fun!
