Delta Community Supports, Inc. The Handicapped Crusaders, started in the fall of 1966 by special education teacher Edmund Hopper, provides social opportunities for individuals with a variety of disabilities. The group meets the second Saturday of each month from 10 am to 2 pm at Faith Reformed Church of Levittown, just off the Levittown Parkway at 479 Stonybrook Drive, Levittown, PA.
