Monday, March 30, 2015. MORE/Fitness/Shape Half Marathon Training. So many things have been going on over here I don't even know where to start. Yesterday I went to the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum and had so much fun. It was interactive and modern and one of the few museums I actually enjoyed! From this picture you'd have no idea it was still snowing just 2 hours earlier and you couldn't see the course! Overall I had a good race and a great day but there were a lot of mishaps on the race organizers part.

Monday, July 27, 2015. Staten Island Half Training Week 1. Apparently it's already only 12 weeks until the Staten Island Half Marathon. Time is flying! This training cycle I am definitely going to be paying attention to what my body is saying, especially my knee. I've looked up a few training plans and will be adapting them to what I feel will be effective- most likely less runs and more cross training like boxing, Pilates and spin.
