What do I bring with me to class? A small towel & A drink bottle. Don’t worry if you forget we hire or sell them all for $2 each. Can I attend casually? Sure thing. It’s $18 if you pre-book online or cash only on the day. If it’s your first class with us, you’ll get the rest of the week to exercise for free – That’s called our “Intro Offer”. Do I need to be fit? Our timetable caters for absolute beginners very well. We do have a couple of other tips to make your first Spin based class more enjoyable.
