I have been running for a number of years. I originally started running to improve my fitness and lose a bit of weight, but I soon caught the running bug. I have competed in races from 5k up to marathon. I have also taken part in a number of adventure races such as Tough Mudder, Total Warrior, Mens Health Survival of the fittest and my personal favourite Brooks Hell Runner. I currently run two Running Groups which are registered with Run England. The Beginners Groups are aimed at the complete Beginner. The intermediate group was launched in January 2013. It was setup for runners who had already worked their way through the Beginners Group 8 week training plan. It is also open to people who can already run for at least 30 minutes without stopping.
