I have been running for a number of years. I originally started running to improve my fitness and lose a bit of weight, but I soon caught the running bug. I have competed in races from 5k up to marathon. I currently run two Running Groups which are registered with Run England. The Beginners Groups are aimed at the complete Beginner. We slowly build you up over the course of 8 weeks, with the goal of running a 5k Parkrun without stopping at the end of our program. Other Services Available Include:. One to One Personal Training. The intermediate group was launched in January 2013. It was setup for runners who had already worked their way through the Beginners Group 8 week training plan. It is also open to people who can already run for at least 30 minutes without stopping. The main elements of the Program are highlighted below:. 8 Week program aimed at getting you running non stop for 30 minutes. Optional 5k Parkrun as a group on week 9.
