Miles to Go Before I Sleep. Long distance runner what you standing there for? Get up, get off, get out of the door. Monday, September 19, 2011. Has shown that the cheaper your running sneakers are, the less likely you are to get injured so my days of shelling out for $100 trainers are long gone. I also have a pair of Vibram 5 Fingers, but I haven’t mustered up the courage to run in them yet. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Http:/ www.runnerslounge.com/. blogs of stone: Spooky speed work
http://stoneyuk.blogspot.com/2012/05/spooky-speed-work.html
Thursday, 10 May 2012. I'm not a speedy runner. I'm more of your back of the pack runner that just likes to do his own thing - what that actual 'thing' is though, I'm not really sure? Mind you the person uttering those words was one of two Geordies who were doing the run with me, both of whom just loved abusing the softy southerner among them. Just as darkness descended and, yep you've guessed it, I got spooked, so spooked that afterwards I just had to share it on facebook. This is what I wrote:. Male, r...

Wednesday, 19 January 2011. A fun run in the sun. Went for an unplanned run over Long Valley today with my friend Anne. I wasn't planning to go running today but I'm glad I did. In fact, when I got the call, by way of a text message arriving on my phone, I was sipping a post gym workout cappuccino while reading the paper and I was pretty damn sure that I wouldn't be moving for anyone! PS Sorry about the cloudy photo - I could not find a sunny one. Posted by blogs of stone. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Marathon Training, Week 2 →. Marathon Training, Week 1. June 28, 2015. I want to write about why I decided to train for and run a second full marathon, but will do so a bit later.
