Run Your Can Off! The Gilbrook Natural Area is located in Upper Winooski not far from Interstate 89 Exit 15:. Take Exit 15 off Int. 89, and turn L at the light, heading downhill towards downtown Winooski,. Turn R on Dion St and follow it 2 blocks,. Turn R on La Fountain and go under the I-89 overpass,. Turn L on Gilbrook Rd. and follow it to the parking lot at the top of the hill. Take exit 16 off Int.89 and turn R at the light, heading down Main St. towards downtown Winooski,.
