Bryning: April 2011
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, 28 April 2011. Facebook killed the blog-ster? Lol Thirdly, and possibly the most significant factor is my increasing reliance on facebook to share and interact with friends and like minded people but I do appreciate that not everyone uses facebook or looks at it regularly so I will endeavour to keep the blog up to date over the summer and I will invariably have a lot more to say than is practical on facebook anyway! Who ended the year in style with a first place in his first ever Open class bea...

Bryning: Osmaston Polo Ground
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2011/07/osmaston-polo-ground.html
Tuesday, 12 July 2011. This is a new flyball venue located in the very picturesque Derbyshire village of Osmaston, a lovely scenic setting for a weekend of flyball courtesy of the Alpha Dogz. We were possibly a little ambitious when we entered 4 open teams and a starters team knowing that there would only be the four of us (Me, Alison, Gemma and Rach) plus a 5 year old child to keep an eye on too (lol) and especially since I had also committed to attending a BCCGB. As backup since I knew I wouldn’t...

Bryning: June 2010
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 2 June 2010. So, we have a weekend off flyball and what do I do? I book 3 days of agility shows instead! Lol I had entered Dog Vegas on the Saturday but ended up not going and having lots of people come to see puppies instead (I’d forgotten about finding time to fit that in! Lol), lots of lovely people came to visit and now all of Lori’s pups have homes which is great. There are some new pics of this lot Here. And she was heading the right way…I called her off the jump and she came! They annou...

Bryning: October 2010
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Monday, 25 October 2010. That doesn't look much like a collie? So, last weekend also saw us extend our ‘little’ canine family! I have always fancied a scruffy little lurcher and set about looking for one early in 2009 but somehow ended up seeing and falling in love with Maisie. My scruffy little working beardie who is built rather like a lurcher under all that coat! Just 13 weeks old and handed into rescue, he was needing a new home and was just so adorable I really couldn’t say no! Lol The best guess on...

Bryning: North West Border Collie
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2010/10/north-west-border-collie.html
Monday, 25 October 2010. North West Border Collie. So, following the flyball last Saturday we were up early Sunday morning to get the boys bathed for the show, I was just taking Aston. Aston is really out of coat at the moment and looking a real lanky teenager but there’s no denying he has a nice outline and moves well so I decided to take him along anyway, he needs the ring practice! I was also picking up Rachel and Pixie. I do wonder why the breed clubs often specifiy ‘any other colour except bla...

Wednesday, 28 April 2010. Better late than never. 8217;s pups finally put in an appearance on Monday night…3 days overdue to her second mating! I can only conclude that she ovulated a couple of days after her last mating which would make sense since she did continue to stand during this time and was positively throwing herself at Spark who just plain refused to mate her again! Stud dog’s perogative I guess! I am sure that she definitely ovulated well after she was mated and Spark. Final Tally is…. 8226; ...

Bryning: May 2010
http://bryningbcs.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Friday, 21 May 2010. The dressing is now off and she is feeling a lot brighter in herself,. This does of course mean that she has started complaining about being crated all the time and wants to attempt her usual running up/down stairs, jumping on/off sofa when she's let out! Another week of crate rest and she can then start having short lead walks but I'm really pleased with the progress she's making. Tuesday, 18 May 2010. She’d probably make quite a good little agility dog lol). Fortunately, we had Lex...

Snoopy's Family: Im Back
http://snoopysfamily.blogspot.com/2008/07/im-back.html
Tuesday, 29 July 2008. Hi everyone, or I may well be talking to myself as its been so long since I have been here that people have given up on my news *sniff*. Reasons why I have not blog for a while is due to 'Io's' tribute on here, which up until now I found too upsetting to view, but now I think Im stronger and I can view his tribute better now although it is still hard. . Tink my Kelpie is brilliant and showing a lot of promise with her agility and Im enjoying running her so much as I am with J...
