THE STAPLETON FAMILY: March 2014
http://janetstapleton.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
They prefer to pass to each other, but started passing to the other teammates by the end of the season. There was no school on Monday so I took the boys miniature golfing at Boondocks and out for ice cream while Claire hung out with her Macha. The boys being silly. They were each the "Bee of the Week". I should've taken a picture of the poster before it spent two weeks at school so it wouldn't have been so beat up. The boys each did everything themselves, except the orange paper. Mendenhall Musings: July 2015
http://mendenhallmusings.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 26, 2015. April and May 2015. We finally made it up the Great Wheel of Seattle. It is a giant ferris wheel right on the water. The view was great. The kids all loved it, except for Andrew, who hated it till the last rotation, then begged to go again. We'd been meaning to go since Susan's birthday but just never made it. We finally finished the upstairs bedroom! It was so exciting! I made torta de mil hojas for treat but it turned out a little messy. It was delicious though. April and May 2015.

THE STAPLETON FAMILY: July 2013
http://janetstapleton.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
We toured Timpanogos Cave with our friends the Lindsays. It was super hot, and the trail was steep, so the 45 degrees of the cave felt great. Afterwards we ate a picnic dinner and were right on time for a Ranger Class on insects. I wouldn't never guessed that Dan has a thing for waders. :) The ranger needed two volunteers to flip over rocks in the river so that we could collect bugs, and she only had womens sizes, thus I was a rock flipper. The boys good friend Vince. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

THE STAPLETON FAMILY: August
http://janetstapleton.blogspot.com/2015/04/august.html
Last hike of the summer. Stapleton Family vacation to Bear Lake. The boys loved boat rides, swimming, paddle board, and building sand castles, they did not like tube rides. Claire liked the sand. THE STAPLETON FAMILY: First Day of School

First Day of School. What handsome second graders. Their Spanish teacher speaks Spanish 100% of the time this year, so half of their day will be Spanish. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). THE STAPLETON FAMILY: More June
http://janetstapleton.blogspot.com/2015/02/more-june.html
Claire trying rice cereal for the first time. We went to Red Butte Gardens. I wish I'd taken better pictures of their Children's Garden; it was fabulously whimsical. They are walking through the tail of a giant snake in this shot. I don't much care for desert landscapes, but this was phenomenal. What is now turning into an annual tradition, Dan took the boys backpacking overnight with our friend Nate and his son Vince. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Brandon and Jodie Nelson. Mendenhall Musings: February 2015
http://mendenhallmusings.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Friday, February 27, 2015. Here are some shots from our month of February:. Three different times in three consecutive weeks Kimberly found a permanent marker and colored herself. I don't know why she thinks they are for coloring on her body but it seems like a stage all of our kids went through. Ginger at one month. What a chubby bubby already, right? And Andrew is so proud of being able to hold her. Lynn inspired Andrew to try climbing this tree in the backyard. Can you see him? He made it pretty high.

Mendenhall Musings: Other fun stuff
http://mendenhallmusings.blogspot.com/2015/06/other-fun-stuff.html
Sunday, June 7, 2015. Here are some other random photos taken in April. Ginger at 3.5 months. Kimmie in her favorite dress that she got from Aunt Debbie. Andrew's first Pinewood Derby. He got 4th or 5th overall and had a great time. It brought back a lot of good memories, too. :). Lilly really wanted to make some birds nests for treat. They were delicious, not nutritious. Sisters. Wow, did Ginger have a lot of hair, just a month ago. Now she's pretty bald at 5 months. Can you spy Lynn in the tree?
