Thursday, October 31, 2013. A little over the top? I love my husband. I really do. He is pretty funny sometimes when it comes to the kids, though. He is always concerned that they are too cold! So….when they woke up early in the morning to watch cartoons in their warm fuzzy jammies, he decided to add a couple more layers, including their puffy winter coats and a big warm blanket. Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Where do I even start? I’m super glad we did this… but who knew swimming lessons could be so intense at this age? My mom committed to watching Isla twice a week for 6 weeks during the lesson which was SO nice and helpful. Also kind of special for me to have the time with just Rowan. Wednesday, July 18, 2012. Last Day of First Grade. I cannot believe this guy is going to be a second grader. Where has the time gone? Avery had a great year and the most amazing teacher! Random Pics for Avery's End of the Year Party. Avery's class read the book Pippi Longstocking and then wrote their own play based of the the characters. (Just one of the amazing perks of Rosa Parks is the drama infusion in the classroom! It was super cute and I love that it pushed this little dude outside his box a bit!
