And thanks for looking in on my website of art and photography services, telling you a little bit about me and what I do. I carry out Freelance photography, art and Practice Management assistance / consultancy work. On my site you will find some information on my wide ranging photography. With links a few galleries for you to check out. There is also a background on my watercolour painting. There is some information regarding some Exhibitions. Also within this website you will find some background profile.

Some examples of my photography can be seen on FLICKR galleries accessible below. And these have been split in `Sets` covering some of the main subject area, for example birds. insects, etc. To go to each set, simply click on the thumbnail. One of the areas I concentrate most on are birds. Most of my bird photography is with use of my 400mm lens, but occasionally use a smaller zoom telephoto, depending where the subject matter is. Another main area of interest for me is Landscape. PLANTS / FLOWERS ALBUM:.

In or around 2005 I took up watercolour painting. For the first time, not having painted at all since my school days.Having never at that time tried watercolour, I initially attended some classes to find out what I should be doing! A couple of years and a lot of rough paintings later, I branched out to do my own thing as and when I had some time. Alongside the watercolour painting, I also got back to LIFE DRAWING. Which I hadn`t done for some years, initially at a studio in Swansea and then privately.

For the last few years I have been fortunate enough to have exhibited my artwork across the UK. Although most of my exhibited pieces have been my contemporary watercolour paintings. I have also shown some limited photography. And, on occasions, Life drawing. My art Exhibitions have included the National Wetlands Centre for Wales at Penclacwydd, where I work as a weekend volunteer in the grounds team. One thing with putting in `full days` on location is that you begin to really appreciate the "ordinary" locals that are around, crows, Jackdaws. The variety of gulls etc. All are now going about their spring busmess of improving their nest sites with fresh material, and a general hubbub of noise while doing it. This was the last local chance of seeing the only remaining airworthy Vulcan in the world, plus other attractions such as the Red Arrows.
