Beatriz "Bea" Sohni was born in Brazil and moved with her family to Los Angeles at the early age of 5. She. Worked in the media industry as a talent executive for 25 years before coming East, settling in the Bovina area in 2006, working for several local businesses. In 2009, she assumed operations of Russell's. Today, Bea lives in peaceful Bovina Village Center, and is an active part of our local community.

We usually have lambs available at roasting sizes by the spring holidays, however most customers prefer to reserve one (or more) and wait until they reach market weight before pick up. As a small but growing farm, we have only a limited number of lambs for sale each year. Generally they reach market weight in mid-October, but we usually sell out by June.
