Directions to 39 Pinheiros Altos from Faro Airport. Taxi drivers ( plenty at the airport) tend to know Pinheiros and all know Quinta but if driving or if your driver needs some help then. Follow the main road from the airport signposted Faro/Portimao but when roads diverge follow signs to go over the flyover and join Portimao and Loule (A22). Don't follow the signs to Faro. Continue on the A22 towards Portimao until N125 Almancil. Continue straight on and take left fork clearly signposted Quinta do Lago.

A Quinta (289 393 357). This is a bistro restaurant run by English staff. It's extremely popular with locals and ex-pats alike. Its good value and hard to get into unless you book ahead.
