The sauce for the. This is an easy sauce I made up for my recent zucchini burrito post. Post for a recipe that mimics chipotle flavor with smoked paprika. Approx. 8 fresh basil leaves. 1 chipotle chile, packed in adobo, seeded. 1/4 cup salsa (thin tomato based). Combine in a food processor. Makes enough for 2-3 burritos. This is best made fresh, with just picked basil leaves, but you can batch this up and store in the fridge if you need to preserve basil. Should keep for about a week. Hot Sauce (opt.).
