It was so special. Pictures to come. After the blessing we went shopping at the new City Center mall in Salt Lake-amazing! And Becca is the best baby holder. I wish she lived closer! This is probably my all-time favorite picture. Papa John handed Johnny his hot dog-it was a little well done! Baby's first time in the mountains.

Monday, June 23, 2008. So a friend of ours came over tonight and on the spur of the moment, invited us to go out to the reservoir with him and his family on their boat. Wednesday, September 17, 2008. Today's been a day filled with sweetness. It's Connor's two year birthday, and to celebrate, Eric and I wanted to do something really special. So in the morning, as soon as breakfast was over and William was in bed for his first nap (it seems wrong to take a nap at 7:30 am, but hey, he's already been up for hours). Monday, August 18, 2008. Things I love to hear. I had just changed Caelan's diaper (yup, we're STILL not potty-trained) and was washing my hands downstairs. I came back a few seconds later to hear Caelan say, "Where were you? Washing my hands," I replied. "Why? Because I MISSED you.". It just doesn't get better than that! Posted by Melissa C. Derrick finished his finals last Wednesday and is loving his freedom (and gets to now start studying for the boards- yay! I'm loving my cute English classes and my work at the NDEC. Sunday, April 26, 2009. The director at my work told me that you can plan on needing a jacket in Boston for any month of the year with an "aw" (meaning "r") in it. Even though it's still technically an "aw" month, it is finally feeling like spring! The magnolia trees around the city are in full bloom and they are gorgeous. It's very, very nice to feel like the winter is finally over. It's been a relaxing week for us. Derrick finished his Anatomy class and found out that he got an A! Sunday, April 12, 2009.
