Monday, August 3, 2015. Updated Flip Top Bar. A few weeks back we acquired a few furniture pieces at auction, including this bar/storage cabinet. Structurally it was in great shape- the missing bottom piece was there and I just reattached it. To give it a updated look I tried Krylon Chalky Paint for the first time. All of our wood pallet decor is from recycled pallets found among discarded piles my husband finds during his day as a truck driver. Massage Therapy is based on 3 principales, first is that the body is affected by it's parts, second is that shortened muscle tissue does not work and third that soft tissue of the body responds to touch.
