Saturday 2nd July 2011 -. Married for 1889 days. Steve is currently a Youth Worker, assisting young people with a learning disability working for Mencap. He enjoys most sports namely hockey, golf and football. He also enjoys procrastinating. Ruth is a stressy engineer who loves nothing better than to socialise with friends and family. Her favourite pastimes include hockey, gardening and eating out! We met in a field in Beeston, Nottingham whilst dressed as a Barbie and John McEnroe playing french cricket!

Saturday 2nd July 2011 -. Married for 1889 days. We have chosen to get married at Ainsworth Unitarian Chapel near where Ruth was brought up. The Chapel was built in 1715 and is one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in the village and is a stone's throw from Brownhill Farm. It is a grade II listed building and has an unusual but gorgeous box pew layout inside! We both agreed that this Unitarian Chapel would be the perfect place to get married. Toilets can be located in the Unitarian school next door (on the left of the chapel as you look at it) which will be unlocked on the day. FOOTWEAR FOR THE LANE! Please note that everyone will have to walk up the lane from the chapel to the farm! It is a 200m walk on an unmade road with puddles (if it rains! Still loads more to organise!
