Sunday, October 10, 2010. Week of October 10th. For starters I am down .5lbs this week. I'll take it - every little bit helps. Would like to lose 4-6 more lbs before our cruise in 3 weeks, but if it doesn't happen, that's ok. I'm gonna work out, eat well, listen to my body, and go from there :). So current weight - 154lbs.
