Chad and Bekah's RV-7. This site shows the years of construction, first flights, and the continued adventures of Chad and Bekah in our RV-7. Sunday, January 4, 2009. Tip Up v.s. Slider Canopy. This decision is a tough one that all builders must make. Luckily, like the landing gear configuration, I don't have to make this decision until I order the fuselage. I am currently leaning towards: Tip Up! Ease of access to Panel. Some think less sexy look. All in All, for now, Tip Up it is. Regards, Jason C.

Chad and Bekah's RV-7: Engine Choice
http://www.704ch.com/2009/01/engine-choice.html
Chad and Bekah's RV-7. This site shows the years of construction, first flights, and the continued adventures of Chad and Bekah in our RV-7. Monday, January 5, 2009. The engine I ordered is about the highest end engine for the RV, outside of the 390's or the 200 hp angle valved engines. Its a high end, high horsepower (195 hp), mid sized (360 sized) engine. With this engine and prop combination that I am going with, as quoted by Larry Vetterman, I won't be "tail end Charlie". Below are the Specs:. Here i...

Chad and Bekah's RV-7. This site shows the years of construction, first flights, and the continued adventures of Chad and Bekah in our RV-7. Sunday, September 7, 2014. We have done a ton of flying this summer, but still have a couple more items on the list that we really wanted to hit. Johnson Creek was one of them. Chad and Bekah's RV-7: Why Build an RV-7 ?

Chad and Bekah's RV-7. This site shows the years of construction, first flights, and the continued adventures of Chad and Bekah in our RV-7. Friday, January 2, 2009. Why Build an RV-7? Over the last years I have been trying to decide which airplane to build. It's a big decision and once you make it you are kind of stuck with it for obvious reasons, but boils down to money and time. I had 3 aircraft in mind all with big differences. The Three were: One of the RV's, a Murphy Rebel. This isn't an RV-7.
